The agreed use by IndustrieMedia is for promoting the subject of these images for the purposes of advertising a property in print or online which is legitimately being offered for sale or for lease or transfer, or for client’s promotions of their staff or office premises. The images are not to be used of other projects, sold or given to parties not involved with the project for which they were ordered without the specific written approval of IndustrieMedia. Vendors may use photos for personal use only and are not permitted to supply images to any other real estate agency.

IndustrieMedia makes best practise efforts to back-up all client data for a reasonable period of time (currently 12 months) using best industry practices. However, in the unlikely event that any client data is neither retrievable nor backed up for any reason, IndustrieMedia is not responsible for said data or in providing replacement images or services. IndustrieMedia offers a best endeavours service and like most business’ of this nature, is still subject to the occasional unplanned perils of the technology space we operate in. IndustrieMedia always recommends clients download and store important images locally wherever possible, so that they can access these images in the unlikely even that they are unable to be accessed via our online system.

Any reference to currency on our website is in Australian Dollars (AUD), this includes our online payment form. Our online payment form is hosted on a secure server using a SSL certificate with 128bit encryption.
